Dr. Eric Kimball practices in our Waterloo office. Dr. Kimball was raised in Independence, Iowa and graduated from high school in 1991. After high school he was a record-setting wrestler at Wartburg College before attending the University of Iowa College of Dentistry's prestigious dental program. Dr. Kimball and his team have been awarded as the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier's Best of the Best several times since he began practicing in the area in 1999. Most recently, he was voted as First Place Best of the Best Dentist for 2018, by his dedicated patients.
Dr. Kimball watched his grandfather practice dentistry in Independence, IA while he grew up. He was inspired by observing him and the way he was able to affect people as a dentist. He saw the impact he was able to have on his community and realized that it was more than about fixing teeth. It is about impacting his entire community and that’s what he wants to do. He is motivated daily to give his patients the best possible dental experiences that he can.
He married his high school sweetheart and now they have three wonderful children together. Dr. Kimball enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, hunting, fishing, and being involved at his children’s schools where he volunteers as a wrestling coach.
